STEP 1: Prime eyelids with Too Faced Shadow Insurance to insure your eye makeup will not smudge or crease.
STEP 2: (Shown above) Apply Fuzzy Handcuffs and place it into the crease to give depth to the lid.
STEP 3: Apply Birthday Suit to the lid to give a deeper tone.
STEP 4: Mix Lap Dance and a little Voulez-Vous and apply it to the outer third of your eye.
STEP 5: Take a small amount of French Tickler and apply it to the outer-v. Blend to create a smoked out effect.
STEP 6: Take Too Faced's Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black Orchid and apply it to the waterline. Close eyes and squeeze tight for a couple seconds to quickly tightline the top of your waterline as well.
